Kosovo Solution

The Boothbay Transcendental Meditation Center on the River Road is joining others worldwide to promote a technology which will work to end the Balkan conflict and establish a stable peace.

An inner solution to a military problem seems anachronistic, but 20 years of research shows that it works. The technology is the practice of the Transcendental Meditation and TM-Sidhi Programs in large groups in or near areas of conflict. The resulting brain-wave coherence has a powerful effect on the surroundings with a consequent reduction, often dramatic, of negativity.

Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, the founder of the TM movement, who revived these effective technologies from the classical Vedic tradition, warns that the United States has created a very dangerous situation for itself by being involved in the current NATO bombing of Yugoslavia. The solutions which worked in World War II are now outdated with the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction capable of hitting any city anywhere in the world. A new solution based on eliminating the root cause of all hate and conflict is required.
